As the year comes to an end, cleaning your house is important, but don't forget to take care of your knives! The flat surface of the bevel was starting to dull, so I took the opportunity to give it a thorough resharpening. Sharpening the knife with a sharpening stone. The knife has a scandi edge, but the flatness of the bevel was getting dull, so I needed to fix that before starting the actual sharpening.
