Shahd Asaly is the CEO and Founder of Blue Meets Blue, a humanitarian luxury clothing label headquartered in Chicago. In the wake of the largest refugee crisis since World War II, Shahd empowers legal refugees emigrating to the United States by giving them dialogue and dignity through employment. In her talk, Shahd reminds us that our country was built by refugees and that we all have more in common than not.
