48" Encon Crompton Greaves High Breeze Ceiling Fan Brown/Brass with Teak Blades | Insanely Powerful!

A 48" Encon Crompton Greaves High Breeze ceiling fan from the 1970s(?). This unit is in brown/brass finish with teak blades. Encon's High Breeze lineup is no joke -- the fans are every bit of high breeze. These are among the most powerful residential ceiling fans there were. The performance is right up there with the Hunter Original at just over 9,000 CFM. It's quite efficient as well at around 135 CFM/watt. I believe these are of Indian origin; being built for India's heat explains why these are so powerful and reliable. Truly excellent fans -- they look great, move a tremendous amount of air, produce a reasonable amount of noise, use very little power -- there's not much else you can ask for.
