Wireless & Unleashed | Boss WL20/50 vs Line 6 Relay G10

We cut our umbilical cord and go wireless as we compare the Boss WL20 and WL50 wireless units to the Line 6 Relay G10. We learnt a lot from this comparison... we learnt that not all wireless units are equal. We take an in-depth look and listen to both the WL50 and G10 and were quite surprised at the sound difference between the two. All wireless units were plugged directly into and recorded on a Harmann Soundcraft UI24r with identical settings and no effects other than a little reverb. Ambient room sound was recorded through our lapel mics (Rode smartLav+). We used an early 1990s PRS Custom 24 on the neck humbucker unless otherwise stated.
