The Smurfs rescue the dog and Baby finds only music in the collar's locket. 31:37 - 41:46 - Sand-heksen A swamp monster kidnaps Baby as a gift for a witch. The witch, who thinks no one loves her, is amazed when Baby shows affection. When Papa comes to rescue Baby, he makes the witch understand that the loyal swamp monster has always loved her. 41:47 - 53:44 - Hjerte av gull Whatever Brainy Smurf says, the Clockwork Smurf devised by Handy has feelings just like any normal blue Smurf. At least it seems to be so until Clockwork Smurf loses what Handy had fitted inside its ribcage: a heart of gold. When the evil wizard Gargamel and his apprentice Scruple find the tiny contraption and fit it with a heart of stone, the Smurfs are in for a bad time...
