To ensure perfect airflow, the freshly gathered elderberry and St. John's wort are arranged in practical plastic crates and stacked neatly. ​You will also join a quiet morning routine in the garden: picking fresh mint with my loyal dog by my side, and the simple beauty of brewing a hot cup of transparent herbal tea. As a reward for our hard work, we enjoy an ice-cold herbal drink under the soft evening sky.
