I met my friends in the rural village after a long time, and we spent a joyful time cooking and eating together. However, since all of my friends have children, it felt like a daycare center—very noisy and lively 😅 My hardworking mother wakes up early in the morning, finishes cleaning and organizing, and opens the supermarket. Then, together with my father, she loads the truck with beer and drinks and goes out for delivery. With the Lunar New Year approaching, there are many orders, but the economy has not been good this year. As local festivals and events have decreased, overall sales have also gone down. We also attended a friend’s brother’s wedding and spent time celebrating together. Even in the extreme heat, I helped my parents by moving over 100 boxes of beer… It was truly not an easy day.
