Prof. Antoni Dudek. Radomski Czerwiec ’76. Bunt, który zmienił Polskę

Why did workers in Radom take to the streets in June 1976? Was the city punished for the protest? Was the Radom June merely a local revolt or one of the moments that undermined the foundations of the Polish People's Republic? Why, fifty years later, do those events remain so important for Polish historical memory? Paweł Błach moderated the interview with Professor Antoni Dudek. Antoni Dudek is a professor of humanities, affiliated with Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University (UKSW) since 2014, and previously worked at the Jagiellonian University. From 2011 to 2016, he was a member of the Council of the Institute of National Remembrance and its last chairman. He is a columnist and political commentator. He runs the YouTube channel "Dudek on History" and also hosts the program "Dudek on Politics." He is the author and co-author of over twenty books. His most recent work, "Politicians of the 20th Century" (2025), was published.
