In conclusion, there are many sociocultural, technological, and economic reasons why modern men often refrain from wearing a hat. Although fortunately, hats are still required at some social events or as part of military or other dress uniforms. And even today, you'll see some celebrities wearing hats as part of their overall image. So, perhaps hats will re-emerge and become popular at some point in the future. We can't say for sure.
