Security authorities reported the arrest of a man known by the alias "Delta 7," identified as a suspected member of a criminal group and the likely perpetrator of the kidnapping of journalist Roxana Guzmán in the state of Veracruz. The arrest was made as part of a coordinated operation between federal and state forces, stemming from investigations launched after the report of the journalist's abduction.
