Recipe 1: 4 chicken hindquarters. Salt and black pepper. 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Place the chicken on a plate and let it rest for a while. 1 kg potatoes. Olive oil. 1 large onion. Salt. 3 teaspoons oregano. Mix well. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C / 400 °F for 20 minutes. 4 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon honey. 3 cloves of garlic. Brush the chicken pieces with the sauce and bake for another 20 minutes at 180 °C. Repeat the process of brushing the chicken with sauce halfway through the baking time. Add the garlic and cook for another 3 minutes. Reduce the heat to a minimum. 3 teaspoons of paprika. 2 tablespoons flour. 1 cup tomato puree or 2 ripe tomatoes. 1 cup chicken broth or water.
