Not far from Samara (and de jure within it) is the "Krutye Klyuchi" residential complex. This place is popularly known as Koshelev. There's not a single human anthill here, but the architects clearly didn't even try to make life pleasant. From above, it resembles a concentration camp complex, but people voluntarily buy apartments here. The only infrastructure is a Mega store and a church. This is how Samara imagines comfortable housing in the 21st century. The area is doomed to become a slum, although it can still be saved. But measures to save Koshelev and Samara need to be taken today.
