L’introspezione si fa visione in musica e arte: Mannarino racconta l’album ‘Primo Amore’

'V' was released in 2021. Five years later, Mannarino returns with 'Primo Amore', out May 8th, the result of a search "for something I felt needed to be born, but which needed a journey, perhaps first and foremost personal, before being artistic. And so it was," the artist explains. Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil were the lands where this project was born, where the singer-songwriter gathered experiences and reflections. "I experienced love, I experienced introspection, and I tried to translate visions, a dream world, into music. And the entire album is between heaven and earth, life and death, light and shadow. And there's never a solution. These two particles rotate in opposite directions, creating movement and matter, like a sacred space where good and evil coexist, without judgment." Aesthetically representing this approach is the cover, based on a painting by Linde, which accompanied Mannarino throughout the writing process.
