Silvia Fascians, today a fitness influencer who turned her difficult personal experience into a life lesson to sensitize others, shares it. A series of wrong choices can lead us astray, but a series of right choices can bring us back to life. Being able to change and be inconsistent is the first step. Silvia Fascians is a fitness influencer, personal trainer, and blogger. Passionate about sports, even if she doesn't practice any in particular, she plays basketball, runs, swims, snowboards, hikes, and much more. With a degree in Economics and Food Marketing, she opened a YouTube channel in 2015 to share her journey of rebirth after a particularly dark period. Today, she shares her love for sports and a 360-degree healthy lifestyle with hundreds of thousands of followers, with the aim of inspiring people to improve and take care of themselves. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
