Eurovision 2022 - My Top 40

My ranking of the 40 songs of the Eurovision Song Contest 2022. Enjoy, and leave a comment. Comments : 40. After a small happy break, Latvia is back to its usual places for me. 39. Just no. I can't feel it at all. 38. Same as before. Not feeling it. 37. Denmark, one of my fav ever eurovision countries is going down a bad road for me. 36. Feels like the same song as 2021, message wise. Again, not feeling it. 35. Yeah, perhaps too much love, but no, not dying together now. Plus it's bad for me. 34. Huge props for the language, and a nice voice. The song is just not for me. I believe it will do well in the contest though. 33. Not bad per se, just not my style. 32. Nice voices, on an amazing language, way catatonic though. 31. Good try, lacks the something special for me. 30. Something feels really weird for me here. Can't feel it much. 29. Nice voice, strong ballad, will probably do well on the actual stage. Just not for me. 28. Not much. At least it's a small dose of happiness. 27. Too much of a ballad for me, but, good lyrics, and a nice voice. 26. Plain average. Not too good, not too bad. Simple and forgettable. 25. Same as the one before. Simple, but, forgettable in the greater picture. 24. A very strong voice, not the best song, enough for a good placement though I think. 23. The song that I didn't know where to place. It's good and still grows. Can't wait to see how it'll be live on the stage. 22. Silly. Nice beat. Around the middle. Next. 21. Can't get into the hype of that. It'll probably do amazingly, and will be one of the best results for Spain in years. Just not "the" song for me. 20. I like the 2-in-1 song style, it's good. Nice voice aswell. 19. Not the greatest one for me, way energetic though, and it'll be one of the best performances this year it seems. 18. Feels a bit silly for me, but I'm a bit hooked on that beat. 17. That's a cute one, and I have a feeling it will go extremely well in the actual contest. Good one. 16. Cyprus keeps delivering, something less energetic this time around, still good for me. 15. Can't see the winning hype, but still, a good song overall. Lyrics, voice, it has both. 14. Yet another amazing beat. Funny, dancy, not much in general, good for me. 13. Again, I can't see the winning hype, and we're talking about my favourite ever eurovision country. Bene, ma non benissimo. 12. Strong and nice. It's good, just that. 11. I feel some calming vibes, and I like that. Plus, yet another language we don't hear frequently. 10. Good song, specially since last year's one was a bit bad for me, it's good and it'll probably do well. 9. Nice voice, nice music, if I also had a connection to the lyrics, it could be easily a top 5 for me. 8. Great song, good combination of styles, nice message. 7. I like the music, the lyrics are way silly, but hey, it's fun. 6. It might aswell be one of the best ballads of the past few years. Strong one, nice lyrics, music, everything. Will go well for sure. 5. My Balkan blood is dancing much to that music. Unpopular opinion, but I feel it. 4. Too much thinking went into placing the top 4 songs. All are on the same level for me, but I started with that. The country of rock didn't dissapoint, amazing song. 3. I feel that way too much. It has the whole pack and will probably do well in the actual stage if it's performed well. Szia Dorcsi. 2. The beat, the energy, it has it all. Weird language for many maybe, but that's why I'm here. Good luck. 1. And my winner is probably going to be the actual winner aswell, although for other reasons aswell and not just music. Still, good for me. I love that song, feel the connection, it's rap plus folk, amazing music, nothing's missing. Good luck, no to war.
