How to make waves in water with Liquitex Gel Gloss Medium

The first step is to cover your painted base with three to four coats of Gloss Mod Podge, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next. I applied it with a paintbrush in thin layers to create an even and as blemish-free coating as possible. Just give it the time it needs to dry before touching this section of your layout again.
