June 2026 Task Force Meeting | Rivers 2050 Vision

The June 2026 Rivers 2050 Vision Task Force Meeting brought together members of the Rivers 2050 Vision Task Force committed to shaping the long-term future of Rivers State, Nigeria. The Rivers 2050 Vision is a generational planning initiative dedicated to building the systems, strategies, and partnerships that will define Rivers State for decades to come. In this session, the Task Force reviewed progress, deliberated on key workstreams, and advanced the priorities carrying our state toward 2050 and beyond. The meeting was presided over by Ebenezar Wikina, Founder of Policy Shapers and Convener of the Rivers 2050 Vision. Valuable contributions were made by Wisdom Chapp-Jumbo, Partnerships Lead, Rivers 2050; Udokanma Georgewill, Chair, Book Committee, Rivers 2050; Dr Anne Briggs-Famuyiwa; and Comfort Adaora, Secretary, Policy Shapers.
