Are you over 50 and looking for a job? As generation X are getting older how do you find it trying to get a job in 2026? When you hand in your CV are you over qualified? or are you just too old for the company, once you are over 50 years old are you past it? Do companies view you as a threat? Do they only want to employ young people? Why do companies not want to employ reliable experienced people? Here I tell you my work journey, my CV in words, yet as a man who is over 50 years old with over 35 years of work experience I find no will want to employ me and give me a job. My name is Adam and I live in the South West of England, United Kingdom.
