F/A-18C Hornet The F/A-18C Hornet was developed from the Northrop YF-17 Cobra and used by the U.S. Marine Corps and other nations. It is designed to perform both fighter and attack missions, is carrier-capable, and features a highly maneuverable design with a digital fly-by-wire system. The F/A-18C is known for its all-weather combat capabilities, electronic warfare, radar, and a large suite of sensors and weapons, including a 20mm cannon and various missiles and bombs AGM-84E SLAM The AGM-84E SLAM land attack missile is a stand-off, precision attack weapon that provides man-in-the loop guidance. It is ideal for long range attack against heavily defended ground targets. The SLAM is just one of the many interesting weapon of the DCS: F/A-18C Hornet.
