This is the first recipe on my channel, the result of which is not suitable for eating 😅 but is great for external use 🥃 ----------------------------- Link to the store where I bought the ingredients: https://sklep.zrobswojkosmetyk.pl ---------------------------- Ingredients for macerates and extract: 300 g of fresh comfrey root (approximately 90-100 g for two macerates and 100 g to dry for spirit extract) about 250 g olive oil, about 300 g of vegetable glycerin, approximately 100 - 120 g of 70% spirit. There is more macerate and spirit extract than is needed to make the same amount of ointment as I did, because I have left for another ointment in the same amount. The macerates and extract can be stored in the refrigerator until the next time you make the ointment, but no longer than two months. You can also make macerates and extracts from half of the ingredients. The production time for macerates is at least 7 days, preferably 14 days. -------------------------- Ingredients for the ointment in the amount of approximately 390 g, the ointment can be made stronger or weaker, so you can add more or less macerates and extracts: 250 g of eucerin, 3-5 tablespoons of glycerin macerate, 3-5 tablespoons of oil macerate, 2-4 tablespoons of spirit extract containers for storing the finished ointment.
