South Indian Thali recipe | Veg South Indian Lunch Menu Ideas | Festival Lunch Ideas

Thali is nothing but a plater filled with variety of dishes. Today, i am sharing my take on south Indian Thali. Typically, Thali consists of appetizers, main course, sides and desert. This south indian thali consists of Masala vada and appalam(papad) as appetizer, for main course i am serving sambhar,rasam,rice and curd. Potato fry and Broadbeans(avarakai/chikkudukaya) fry as side dish. Finally for dessert, i am serving rava kesari. This is such a tasty thali. You can serve this on festivals as a lunch menu.
