In this episode, I bring Frippertronic-style looping into Eurorack using the Qu-Bit Stardust. By running my guitar through Stardust’s fading-memory looper, it becomes a modular voice inside a generative patch—not an external layer, but an oscillator that evolves, dissolves, and reshapes the performance over time. Bloom v2 drives three voices (Pleiades, Helical, and Rings → Monsoon), creating a shifting harmonic and melodic bed. Meanwhile, Stardust captures short phrases from the guitar, lets them repeat for a few cycles, and then slowly fades them—so every loop rewrites the next. With a Doepfer foot controller, the looping becomes hands-free and fully performative.
