Adam Zagajewski - Poetry Reading at Cambridge
Adam Zagajewski joined Cambridge Polish Studies at Trinity College for an evening of his poetry on 28 April 2015. The event included the presentation of the Talkman Prize for Literary Translation for the best translation of a Polish poem into English by a student of Polish Studies at Cambridge, as well as readings by students. Acclaimed translator of Polish literature, Antonia Lloyd-Jones, one of the competition judges, spoke about the challenges of literary translation. We thank the Polish Cultural Institute in London for their kind support.
