My Unique Solution For A DIY Spare Tire Cargo Box This is not a step by step guide on how to build a cargo carrier, but being shared for inspiration and ideas for anyone looking to do the same. My solution is pretty simple. Taking roof slats, chopping them up and mounting them to my tire carrier. The cargo box I'm using is a Pelican BX55S.
