TG Sheppard- The True Story of How Elvis Saved My Life

Country music legend TG Sheppard is an amazing guy! During our recent telephone chat he opened up on many aspects of his 45-year (and still going strong!) career. We talked about his 21 #1 singles, his solid spot in the top 100 Billboard Country Entertainers of all time, tour dates, his new duet album and the first single, written by his wife, the equally amazing Kelly Lang. We talked about the life of a married couple of entertainers. He remains extremely proud of hie wife's achievements. They remain very active in numerous charities, for example, he and Kelly will again host Nashville's "Country for a Cause" benefit this year on June 5th. A few days later he came to the Kentucky Opry with his band and the brand-new Grand Ole Opry inductee, T. Graham Brown. During the show at The Kentucky Opry, he opened up his heart and his memories of how Elvis took him under his wing when he was a homeless kid. The show was great; the stories were funny and sometimes heartbreaking. He even revealed his actual name...
