The final match of the Victory Tour against China PR on Dec. 16 in New Orleans didn’t produce the result that everyone wanted, but the 255th and final game in the historic career of Abby Wambach was more about honoring one of the greatest players in the history of international soccer and her tremendous impact on the game, her teammates and the fans.
