Trains at Kensington (Olympia) (13th February 2025)

It’s Thursday, the 13th of February, and I’m at Kensington (Olympia). For some context, the station is located on the West London Line and is managed by London Overground and is served by the Mildmay Line, Southern, and District Line. Currently Southern services primarily operate between East and Watford Junction using Class 377/7, which replaced the 377/2 units which used to work services on the WLL before the May 2022 timetable change in an 8-car formation comprised of 2 units. This was changed to a single 4-car 377/2 and then to the current 5-car 377/7s. London Overground services operate between Clapham Junction and Stratford. With these services being primarily worked using Class 378/2 , though Class 710 units have been known to work these services on occasion. District line services run to High Street Kensington, though occasionally through trains do run to the eastern end of the line. Services primarily run on weekends, bank holidays and during event days at the Olympia Exhibition Centre.
