The International Court of Justice (ICJ) continues public hearings on Israel’s obligations in the occupied Palestinian territory. Oral statements are delivered by Turkey, Iran, Jordan, Kuwait and Luxembourg at the Peace Palace in The Hague, under the presidency of Judge Iwasawa Yuji. The hearings run from 28 April to 2 May 2025.
