A few days on the bike around New York City. This training vlog covers four rides from the first week of summer: a sunny solo ride through Central Park, a Tuesday night Specialized Hilltop ride in Prospect Park, an hour on Zwift, and an early Saturday morning with Rapha YAP Laps before the city wakes up.
