Their worksheet had four simple prompts, but instead of letting them rush through it, I asked them to slow down and actually feel each one. And honestly? I needed it just as much as they did. I walk you through the four gratitude prompts, share real examples from our morning (including a family beach walk that made me emotional), and explain why gratitude is scientifically the highest frequency you can experience.
