JPC 12 Antenna Tested on POTA Activation

The JPC-12 center loaded vertical portable antenna has become a pretty popular option for field operations like POTA and SOTA and for good reason. It is reasonably priced and a solid performer. In this video, I go over the design, setup and tuning of this antenna and do a real world test of it using my KX2 QRP and my FT-891 at 50 watts. I even got a DX contact in Italy on QRP.
