Smash Into Pieces return to Melodifestivalen for the third time — and they’re aiming higher than ever. After finishing 3rd in 2023 with “Six Feet Under” and 3rd in 2024 with “Heroes Are Calling”, the Swedish rock favourites are back in Heat 4 (Malmö Arena, 21 February 2026) with their new entry “Hollow.”  In this ESCplus International interview, the band breaks down how “Hollow” was created in the studio and why they chose it for Mello 2026 — describing it as darker, more instrument-driven, and closer to the core of what Smash Into Pieces stand for.
