Virk I mini desktop scara robot - first moves
This is Virk I, a small desktop scara robot arm under developement. it’s made of wood (australian blackwood), acetal, pvc and standard components. Most parts where machined on a cnc mill/router/lathe (mainly Sherline's). There are still some issues and work pending. I hope to release the design as open hardware at some point, if there's enough interest and if I'm able to sell the eight units I'm building. Instagram: / automaticartisan
