A Night away in Sharpness Dockers Club #vanlifeingino

After a few busy weeks and Mark being poorly with Nero virus.. we finally got to go away. At first we were going to go back to Saul Junction, but tried a camp site in Slimbridge which was quite expensive. So we decided to go and check out Sharpness Dockers Club and we weren’t disappointed. After talking to the lady who takes care of the camping side and so many friendly people, we decided to stay. £12 a night and you have water and a place to empty your toilet waste.(bonus) the pub is lovely and they had a disco on that night, which we did go to but no dancing this time. We took several walks to Sharpness marina and spoke to boat owners and the RNLI people, which was great. The campsite is very social and great location to explore the canal with plenty of walks. The pub did an amazing delicious Sunday roast two medium sizes a pint a glass of wine £39. The cauliflower cheese was sooo good. We will definitely be returning to this place. You don’t have a kick out time either. We will definitely go back with our cats as it was a perfect place to be. #vanlife #adventure #sundaydinner #sharpness #canal #vanlifediaries #vanlifeuk #travel #vw #camper
