Making a 5 String Bass for My Toughest Client Yet

I built a custom 5-string bass for a client, and for some reason this one felt a little higher stakes than usual. This is a full build from rough stock to final setup—covering the CAD/CAM, two-sided CNC machining, neck and body work, and finishing. Jazz bass style with a roasted flame maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, and a rose gold sparkle finish. Overall, a normal build with a normal amount of overthinking.
