Circling the westernmost region of France, it encompasses every bay, beach, and harbor. Traveling the entire length of the coast has always been a dream of mine. Since I don't have half a year to hike the GR34 – the coastal hiking trail – I'm renting a car and exploring the hidden gems of the coast. Always on the lookout for the best natural highlights. Brittany's coastline stretches for almost 2,000 kilometers. This Brittany road trip takes you from Saint-Malo to Guérande – from northeast to southeast, along the entire coast. Along the way, one natural highlight follows another. You'll cycle through coastal villages and deserted forests, kayak on rivers, and hike along one of Europe's most impressive trails. In between, you'll dive underwater or ride the wind while windsurfing. This trip promises plenty of activities and small adventures and is perfect for young, active travelers.
