Baltic Operations (BALTOPS) is one of the largest and most traditional multinational naval exercises in the Baltic Sea. Since it was first held in 1971, it has served to strengthen cooperation and interoperability between NATO countries and partners. In 2025, numerous ships, aircraft and units from over a dozen nations will once again take part.
