Although the video introduces a possible solution – sanding down all the ABS ball joints of the snake tail into a square shape, using subtractive methods to prevent the ball sockets from cracking – the leverage formed by this long linkage + ball joint design and the friction between the ABS parts still caused cracking when I was posing it intensely. So I don't recommend buying this kit with the expectation of playing with it like a toy. It's more of a personal challenge.
