Is the battery in combination with photovoltaic deductible at 50%? What is the maximum for photovoltaic with 110%? What are the conditions for obtaining 110% photovoltaic with a discount on the invoice? There are always many questions and obviously there is no single answer. But let's be clear: would you like to have the battery without paying for it? 💰 Would you like to have the photovoltaic system for free 💰 by taking advantage of the Discount on the Invoice? Let's go in order: The spending limit of 48 thousand euros for the installation of photovoltaic systems and storage systems that access the 110% Superbonus is not cumulative, but refers to the single intervention. This was explained by the Revenue Agency which, with circular 60/E/2020, went back on its steps compared to what was previously stated. Retracing the legislation on the 110% Superbonus, the Revenue Agency explained that among the interventions that obtain the increased deduction there are: the installation of photovoltaic solar systems connected to the electricity grid up to a total amount of expenses not exceeding 48 thousand euros and in any case within the spending limit of 2,400 euros for each kW of nominal power of the photovoltaic solar system; the simultaneous or subsequent installation of storage systems integrated into the subsidized photovoltaic solar systems, under the same conditions as the solar systems and within the spending limit of 1,000 euros for each kWh. To obtain the 110% deduction it is necessary that: the installation of the systems is carried out jointly with one of the "driving" interventions of energy efficiency or adoption of anti-seismic measures that give the right to the Superbonus; the energy not self-consumed on site, or not shared for self-consumption, is transferred to the Energy Services Manager (GSE). The purchase of photovoltaic and storage systems must be part of a larger investment The increased incentive is dedicated in particular to these main interventions: thermal insulation of opaque surfaces for more than 25% of the gross dispersive surface of the building, the so-called coat; replacement of existing winter air conditioning systems with centralized high energy efficiency heating systems as required by the decree (heat pumps, solar thermal, etc.); Once at least one of the two driving interventions just described has been carried out, it will be possible to also drive 110% the supply and installation of a new (and I underline NEW) photovoltaic system, perhaps in combination with a domestic storage battery. Attention! The system must be connected to the electricity grid. This means that stand-alone photovoltaic systems are excluded. Re- Attention! With 110% you lose the Exchange on the Spot (SSP).
