Stir in the dry ingredients (GF mix & sugar). Pour batter onto waffle maker and bake according to the waffle maker instructions (approximately 3-4 minutes). Keep waffles crispy on the outside and soft on the inside by keeping them in a warm oven until ready to serve. Gluten Free Sheet Pan Pancakes: 3 cups Whole Milk 3 Eggs 3 Tbs Oil (Avocado or Coconut) 1 tsp vanilla 3 cups GF Pancake and Waffle Mix 3 Tbs Sugar 4 Tbs melted Butter 1 cup frozen Blueberries Preheat oven to 425 degreesF. Whisk together the wet ingredients (milk, eggs, oil & vanilla). Stir in the dry ingredients (GF mix & sugar). Spread 2 Tbs of the melted butter over the bottom of a sheet pan (approx. 18"x13" - also called a "half sheet pan"). Pour the batter onto the prepared pan and sprinkle the blueberries evenly over the top. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and brush the remaining 2 Tbs of melted butter over the pancake.
