He Died an Unclean Death | Final Fantasy X - P7

Good evening, everyone! This is your host K.O. Lynn and we're going to continue with Final Fantasy X. Last time on FFX, we went to Djose Temple. We met yet another summoner and his party: Isaaru, Maroda, and Pacce. They're a trio of brothers and they're escorting the oldest on his pilgrimage. Interesting to make it a family affair. Then we complete the Cloister of Trials to obtain the lightning aeon Ixion. In the waiting room of the Chamber of the Fayth, we met Dona, who embarrassed herself by calling Sir Auron riffraff. Turns out here guardian, Barthello, found Auron as an inspiration to be even be a guardian. Interesting! After getting Ixion, we had a rest and then headed back out to journey to the next temple. We catch up with Gatta, Captain Lucil, Elma, and Clasko before we head out. We begin the journey to the Moonflow and meet more familiar faces, like Shelinda and Belgemine. We also have an encounter with the same two Ronso that had taunted Kimahri in Kilika. The two Ronso continue to taunt Kimahri, but they also give us a warning that summoners are disappearing, something we'd heard from Isaaru and his group. Now we have to take it seriously with two corroborating accounts. We reach the Moonflow and hear about how it glows at night, but unfortunately we're not able to enjoy that. We then take the Shoopuf, where we get a religious and historical lesson on Yu Yevon and the appearance of Sin. At some point, the Shoopuf is hijacked and Yuna is yanked from the carriage by Al Bhed. Only Tidus and Wakka are capable of swimming, so it's just those two who jump in after her. We beat the machine. We make it to the other side of the Moonflow, where Yuna is promptly swarmed by admirers. We decided to explore the path ahead and come upon a girl washed up on shore. She strips out of her wet suit and we come face to face with Rikku, the first person we met after coming to Spira. It turns out, she was in the machine that held Yuna which we destroyed. We accuse her of attacking us and she insists it "isn't what it seems." But before we can get a proper explanation, the gang interrupts. Yuna and Lulu want to talk to Rikku and after a brief conversation, she's let into the group. We finish our way to Guadosalam where we're met by Trommel Guado, who is in service to Lord Seymour.
