Beliefs guide us in life and determine the emotions that, in turn, determine our behavior. Beliefs have the characteristic of attempting to confirm themselves, their own truth. We always try to confirm what we believe. There are some particularly important beliefs, the core beliefs, those that determine our well-being. In particular, there are two that I believe are fundamental: *the belief in what we deserve *the belief in the possibility of change All limiting beliefs are real walls that prevent us from acting, from improving; they are negative thoughts that have become stronger and to which we have given the value of truth. What can we do to act on limiting beliefs? The first step is to identify the precise thought that arises from our belief; therefore, we need to write down the beliefs and begin to explore them, asking ourselves: how exactly do I know that...? So you can ask yourself: how am I when I believe this thought? How would I feel if I stopped believing this thought? Ask these two short questions and let me know how it goes in the comments.
