#meatrecipe #meattomatorecipe #tariqkhan #bestmeatrecipe #meatlovers #kashmiridish #kashmirilanguage #kitchenrecipes #homemaderecipes #kashmiriwazwan Ye Meat aur tamatar ka salan bahut zyada tasty bana Ghar main sabko bahut maza .Sabne tareefen hi .Hope aapsabko bhi Ye recipe pasand aayi hogi . ingredients you need... 1 kg meat 1 kg tomatoes half onion small garlic ginger paste 1 spoon Mustard oil 30 to 35 ml approx Spices ...Green cardamoms 4,cloves 2,cinnamon stick small piece 1,black cardamom powder half table spoon or 2 black cardamoms, fennel powder1 table spoon, coriander powder half tablespoon, meat masala half tablespoon, turmeric powder 1table spoon, red chilly powder 2 table spoons ,Salt as per taste ,dry fenugreek leaves or powder 1table spoon, Cockscomb powder 1 table spoon (Optional) Coriander leaves few for garnishing water 1 litre preparation... wash meat and tomatoes ,put a cooker on a gasstove and pour mustard oil in it ,when oil releases smoke put meat in and and fry till light brown ,add chopped onion and saute well ,add garlic ginger paste, green cardamoms cloves ,cinnamon stick, saute well and keep aside .Take a cooker vessel and put it on a gasstove, pour 2 spoons of oil in it and when it releases smoke switch off the gas, add chopped tomatoes in it ,add salt and steam it till 3 to 4 whistles ,now beat it well on low till all water get absorbed ,add spices fennel powder, Coriander powder, black cardamom powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder mix well and continue beating it till you get a fine paste ,add this paste with meat and mix well ,add cockscomb powder after making it a liquid ,mix well add water and steam it till you get 4 to 5 whistles ,add fenugreek leaves and cook it for 2 more minutes, transfer it in a serving bowl ,garnish with Coriander leaves and serve hot with rice .
