Time for a tasty treat in the summer heat! It has been awhile since I tested a new Snow Cone machine. This one from the Hawaiian Shaved Ice Company performed pretty well for a counter top machine. Well, I was going to put the video of my professional Hawaiian Snow Cone maker here, but I can't find the video! I know I made it! That gets me thinking I might have to take it out and make a good video of how it works. In regards to this one I found at the thrift store for $10 it was a success. It worked great and made short work of the ice I put in. Unlike many of the previous hand cranked machines, this one made it more fun and faster to create a snow cone.
