EastEnders: Grant Mitchell Scenes - Episode 406

Basically a two-handle as Sharon and Kathy are only seen. They have no lines themselves. So it carries on directly from the last episode as Grant is sat with Phil. Phil is surprised to see him when he wakes up for obvious reasons. He's still too ill to really react strongly. Grant talks to him about recent events. He asks Phil if Sharon was or hard to get. Phil doesn't want to answer. Grant asks him if he wants Sharon and if he loves her which Phil denies. I think I do believe him at this stage because he does love Kathy but I don't know. Why do it otherwise? Phil calls him sick for even asking. This is not okay in my opinion. Grant has been hurt in one of the worst ways and people are making out he's overreacting. I don't get it. Anyway so he says he's not happy that Kathy knew before him and he says he should have told him first. Phil says he didn't know how to. Grant says this is hard for him. He asks Phil how he would feel if he slept with Kathy and now Phil gets it a bit more alright. Grant asks him to tell him it wasn't his fault, that Sharon it to blame for all of this. So Phil humours him and says yeah, she did; he's willing to go away with Grant to forget about this. To start anew and is willing to leave Kathy for this to work. Grant just wants his brother back and Phil says it will just be them again. There's so much to unpack in this but the brotherly bond is strong. 15th November 1994.
