KIRVESVARSI - traditional Finnish axe shaft
making a shaft for a small traditional Finnish Billnas axe. Wood used is traditionally birch, which is usually best taken from the chest height of the tree. Wedge is traditionally made of pine (heartwood of the lower part, taken from a very old pine). My sincere and most humble THANK YOU for all who are watching my videos, you are the best! 🙏 //
