OpenMower: Robot Hardware | YardForce Classic 500 Teardown, Mainboard Replacement, Firmware Install

In this video I'm showing how I replaced the electronics in my YardForce Classic 500 robotic mower. The first step is to disassemble the mower. Then I configured the hardware and installed Ubuntu on my Raspberry Pi. Finally I installed my custom electronics in the original enclosure. I hope that you like the video!
