[Running Course Introduction] On January 9, 2023, I ran from JR Nakayama Station to Tokaichiba Station, connecting the hills of Yokohama through Shiki-no-Mori, Miho Civic Forest, and Niihari Civic Forest. Here's the route. [Route Overview] Distance: 16.7km; Elevation Gain: Ascent: 426m; Descent: 405m; Time: 4:10 (including breaks) At Shiki-no-Mori, families and people in their finest attire were seen, as it was Coming of Age Day. Wintersweets were in bloom in the plaza halfway up the trail. After ascending Shiki-no-Mori, I entered Satoyama Garden and continued on to Miho Civic Forest. On the ridge path of Miho Civic Forest, I passed many runners. The Niihari Civic Forest ridge path is a great path for long runs through natural forests. My legs weren't used to it, so I walked a lot, and I realized I still need to work on my fitness. The trail is also listed on YAMAP.
