Emotional Intelligence Through Football | Kick4Life Staff Development

Following the successful Social Competencies workshop, Sascha Bauer from Football for Worldwide Unity returned to Kick4Life for another impactful week of learning and development. This latest workshop focused on Emotional Competencies, giving coaches and staff the opportunity to strengthen skills such as self-awareness, empathy, communication, emotional regulation, and leadership. Through interactive sessions and practical activities, participants explored how emotional intelligence can positively shape team culture, relationships, and performance on and off the pitch.
