Peter travels to Pacific Fins, Guatemala targeting Big Mahi Mahi, Cubera Snapper and of course, sailfish. Peters girlfriend Alessia joins him on this adventure and is treated to her first ever, Giant Pacific Sailfish and massive Mahi Mahi. They cook the Mahi on the boat right after catching it and feast on it while sailfish keep interrupting them. They visit an avocado plantation and make some delicious guacamole, and then head into town and donate Salt Life clothing to the local kids and make new friends along the way.
